• No confirmed reservations holding - We are not holding any confirmed services. All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
• Vehicle and driver service are not at disposal and are available would be during tours and transfers only
• Rooms in Hill Station hotels would be Non-Ac
• Bed Types (Twin/Double) & Nearby rooms would be subject to availability
• Maximum Room Occupancy would be 03 Adults + 01 child (Below 12 yrs sharing parents bed) OR 02 Adults + 02 Child(Below 12 yrs, One child with Extra Bed & One child sharing parents bed)
• The rates are not valid during festival season & blackout dates
• In case of unavailability in the above mentioned hotels we will try for an alternate accommodation in a similar category hotel
• Any refundable security deposit / Credit card guarentee asked by the hotel should be paid to the hotel directly
• In Standard & deluxe houseboat AC would be operated in the bedroom from 9 Pm to 6 Am only.
• In Premium Houseboat AC would be operated in the room from check in to check
• Keeping with the high-end security procedures at all hotels we request all guests to carry a photo - identity with address proof to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Adhaar Card or Bank Passbook with Photograph. Pan cards are not allowed.
• Confirmation of service requires getting a written acceptance of the quotation above based on the booking procedures, payments mentioned below and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Hotel check in time is 1400 hours; check out time is 1200 Early check in or late checks out is subject to availability of rooms
• Houseboat check in at 12:30 PM and Check out at 09:00
